About the site

Snetterton is our purpose built wine bottling and packaging plant in Norfolk.

We supply products within exclusive brands, producer labels and Asda own brand. This is our smallest site in terms of workforce as our operation is heavily automated. There are a number of support roles on site and colleagues who work within our operation are highly skilled.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an Administrator – Supply Chain to support both the Planning and Operational teams of the IPL wine business, based at our purpose built packaging site in Snetterton Norfolk.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Order processing for UK packed and Imported wines

  • Ensuring correct stock rotation from our warehouses (FIFO)

  • Stock receipts & allocations

  • Maintenance of KPI sheets

  • POD queries and depot returns

  • Assisting with stock reconciliation & investigations

  • Chep pallet management; ordering and record keeping

  • Invoice checking/processing

  • New product set up

Core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Skills and Experience Required

  • Competent in MS Office applications

  • Previous experience of working in a production or logistics environment (Desirable)

  • Flexible approach to workload and tasks

  • Keen eye for detail required

  • Experience of working to deadlines

  • Strong communication skills
